Howard Levine received his BS in Pharmacy from Oregon State University and his Doctor of Pharmacy from SUNY Buffalo. He has over 27 years of diverse clinical, teaching and business development experience in hospitals, universities and the Pharmaceutical Industry. Howard began his career as Director, Clinical Pharmacokinetics Service, Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. From there he was involved in clinical education and program development serving as Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA and USC School of Pharmacy, Los Angeles, CA and Associate Professor and Director, Division of Pharmacy Practice LIU, NY.
Then Howard entered the clinical and business development side of the Pharmaceutical Industry serving as:
- Vice President/Medical Director at William J. Bologna International Inc.
- Associate Director, Professional Services at Pfizer Laboratories, NY
- Vice President Research/Development at Columbia Laboratories Inc., NY.
Howard has numerous publications and presentations to his credit, holds over 11 patents and is frequently called to provide consulting services within various sectors of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Howard has been Director of the Dispensary at QMA for over five years where his extensive experience and knowledge base has proved invaluable to improving patient care and business operations.
